“welcome to political art”
What is political art?
It is a platform for ordinary people to express their political feelings through art. It is a visual display, no words used.” A picture is worth a thousand words”.
Here, artists from around the world share visual reflections on global events, injustice, power, resistance, and hope.

During the isolation of the covid-19 pandemic ,I began painting what I felt…… the frustration ,the helplessness ,the questions about our political systems… the news……My daughter in law sent me some painting sets. She knew I used to paint in my youth .The journey turned into ” Political Tree Art”. Now that I am 79,I have decided to be active and speak up about the world politics through art and I also invite people from all parts of the world to join me to express their feelings through Art .Words can be misinterpreted, while art is in the eye of the beholder.
In the early days of covid-19pandemic,like so many others , I found myself confined within the walls of my home-physically safe but emotionally overwhelmed i began painting as a way to express what I was feeling .Those moments of isolation, frustration, reflection turned into images-political images that captured not just my emotions, but what I sensed from the world around me.
I realized that politics isn’t just about governments or elections. It’s about how decisions-made often far away- ripple through our lives, through our hearts .Political Tree Art was born from the realization: a space where artists ,no matter their background or beliefs, can plant a branch and let their political expressions bloom.
This isn’t just my journey- it’s yours too. If you ever felt something so strong that it needed to become art, this is the place. Whether it is about injustice ,hope, protest, or peace-art has the power to speak when words fall short.
Welcome to Political Tree Art-
A platform for expressing the political pulse of our time, through painting, passion, and vision
